I've been thinking about and researching a cool way to share kindness stories with people using the web.   I am tired of mainstream media focus of the worst of human behavior.  I for one would hear about and share stories of human acts of kindness, love, support and inspiration.  Well, I found a cool non profit site that does just that called Random Acts of kindness http://www.actsofkindness.org/index.asp

While seemingly simple, some of the most important questions you can ask yourself are about your customers. Who is my customer? How can I reach them? What are they looking for? What will bring them back? By asking these questions and finding out as much as you can about your customers, managing your affiliate program will be much easier.

In a recent study by analyst group Forrester and Shop.org, 98 percent of all marketers participating in affiliate marketing rate it as "effective" or "very effective" in driving sales. Why? Performance-based marketing gets results. When combined with a comprehensive marketing program and branding effort, affiliate marketing can be one of the most effective ways to reach customers.
